Accepted on to British Equestrian L4 and Masters in Sports Science

2025 has been a year of ups and downs having lost my Dad unexpectedly in June, battles with both my own health and my daughters leaving us no choice but to take check of our health and lifestyle!

It was an opportunity to take the bull by the horns and apply for my L4 pushing me to questions my long term belief systems of “you are not good enough” and “you are not made for education or able to navigate higher education”

So far these have been shattered with a truly Authentic interview was commended for just that! Apparently being me is exactly what they wanted so hurrah 🙌🏻 no more trying to be someone else!

I am enough and I continue to challenge myself to become even better!

I have also achieved Flying Changes Mindset Coach of the Year 2024 and Advanced Coach! I am now a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach too 🥹

I am also a passionate Thoroughbred Aftercare Programme coach which has been such an amazing opportunity!

Plus navigating what university looks like and sharing with some amazing coaches across our sport and many others too ! It’s just such an honour and really looking forward to Tuesday meeting the majority at British Rowing 💗
